kdevelop 2 doesn't compile under KDE 2.2.2 anymore

Hi there,

I just updated and found that the KAccel fixes are probably only intended to 
be used with KDE 3 :)  Could a kind soul please fix this as I have changes 
lying here exactly in the ckdevsetupdlg files ? :)
