Bug#31984: kdesdk 2.2 compilation fails

I had the same problem you're facing now.
I was trying to compile kdesdk w/ qt2.3.0. As I suspected this could be the 
cause of this build error, I tried using qt-copy's (that is, qt2.3.1) qxml.h
and guess what? It worked :-)

Install qt2.3.1 before attempting to compile kdesdk.
