Using kdevelop 2 to code for gideon

Eray,
I'd leave it out for now.
We have to remove all user dependent information from it first. I am
surprised there is any actually. We did this for KDevelop-2.
Also when the project structure changes often it isnt a good idea.
For automake generated projects I am a bit surprised why this file is
needed at all.
