Using kdevelop 2 to code for gideon

Talking to myself:

It turns out that putting the project file in CVS isn't a brilliant idea for 
2 reasons:

1. It seems to contain some user specific information.
2. It changes too often.
3. It's too big.

Speaking of which, perhaps these are issues we need to be aware of for 
supporting large projects worked on by multiple people. 

It's nice to have a project file in CVS, I do that when using VC++ (oops!) 
and sourcenav.
