bugfixes: Some trouble with some templates...

Hello all,

i did some cleanups in some k-templates, so I found out a problem (which 
is now solved) with kthemes and kioslave projects.

The uninstall rule could kill the whole themes resp. $(kde_servicedir) 
directory, if the user invokes a "make uninstall".
I think the kdevelop users developing one of these project types should 
be warned and update kdevelop 2.x.
How should this be done?

I killed out all warnings on project creation except the "cannot find 
index.sgml". I don't know if somebody can include this file to the 
templates on which it occurs. Sorry I have no idea, how a file like this 
should look like for the corrisponding project type. So if somebody else 
could have a look at it?

It would be also helpful if somebody else could also have a look at the 
different project types to tell me, if something isn't quite correct.
