file modified outside KDevelop - problem not fixed

Well,
I guess I've committed the fix in yesterdays cvs, but I've also
introduced another bug. Now it isn't recognized that the file is
changed outside of KDevelop (if it was). 
So I will make another attempt at this later today.

Btw: the dialog box was also up upon compiling the file (F8)
