Can not compile kdevelop

Well, you can also still use KDE_2_1_1 but you will have to set 
-DUSE_KDE_2_1_1 at compile time. Unfortunately a lot of things related
to MDI window placement will then not work correctly and this options
will be taken out as soon as KDE_2_2 goes into beta.
