KDEVELOP_1_4: KDE_2_2_ALPHA now mandatory?

Hi,

Can you add the #ifdefs to cvs. Make it so that, by default, it compiles with 
the current cvs. I did a similar thing with selecting qt or kdeprint, where 
kdeprint is the default.
