Ey Roland!!! :-)

No worries! The only thing we have to do is to set some more actions to
disable if there's no view left. But OK, now I'll invest some time to
put 0L pointer checks in the code. But if KDevelop runs that sloooooowly
then, the users will hang you. ;-)

Don't patch docviewman.cpp until tommorrow. I'm going to indent the
lines there.
