Bug#22824: Tree-View also undocks spontaneously

After a restart of kdevelop not only the Output window but also the 
Tree-View window was undocked. Since the window was definitively
docked when kdevelop was quit, there seems to be a problem with
the kdeveloprc handling. I find

  Output-View:type=NULL_DOCK
  Tree-View:type=NULL_DOCK

Manually setting the type to DOCK doesn't help.
