ctags stuff

Hi,

About the ctags topic:

I tried ctags on a couple of .h (C++)  files with all the options I could
find significative for C++. I'v noticed that I cannot make it to tell 
the access scope of members ( ie.: PUBLIC; PROTECTED; PRIVATE )
How do you manage the absence of scope ? 

I did not know ctags before it came on the subject here.
So maybe I miss some information about ctags ?

There will be scope issues if it can't be determined ?
