cross-partplugin Doc-View-architecture in 3.0

Hi F at lk,

You may be right. I've not been involved with editor/document point of
view so I don't know what kinds of problems are there. It may need some
enahncements/refinements/reorganizations. I'm too busy the following two
weeks. Begin april I'll try to fix this to the needs.
