Hi Ralf,

As discussed KWrite is a static lib again.

kpp, gfxview, print, dbg, vc are static libs now 'cause they are not
always used, so they will be loaded only on demand.

But attention: KDevelop-1.4 overrides the Makefile.ams with every
project-managment action, the improvements of JBB will get lost then
(for instance libkdevelopdbg.la is renamed to libdbg.la again). So be
careful..., do not change those Makefile.ams via KDevelop-1.4.

Maybe it's a bug, maybe not already implemented - it's a pity that JBB
is not available at present.
