KDevelop 3.0 regarding admin/

Thank you, 
I discovered today (with Johns help), that there is a list for kdevelop
development :-) . So I will try to participate and send my development
related questions there. 

I noticed also that the list is not announced anywhere and it is also
not archived, is that purposently so?
