That is correct but don't commit anything before you have an OK because
I have to make sure that we have a KDE_2_1_BRANCH tag that will be
KDevelop 1.4.1 at the KDE 2.1.1 release where only bugfixes are going.
Then all changes are open to be put into KDEVELOP_1_4.
