hi,

regarding linuxtag, just a hind:
this year not fairpass are used. that everybody can go through the rooms, at 
any time, the fair is opened.
especially at build up and shutdown time of the booth, keep the eyes on your
stuff.
for hardware would be useful to take out a policy for the linuxtag.
(when the hardware is sponsered by companies, in the most cases these 
companies have an policy for their hardware, but its safer to ask them)

just only a hint...
