Scrolling broken

But how come it worked before and now it doesn't anymore ? I think
tracking an immediately occuring problem down to the last change in
kwrite.cpp should help right away, otherwise we'll be seeking errors for
ages that we didn't take care of right away when they were noticed ! :)

Could someone please track down the change that caused this ? maybe
revert the last kwrite checkin ?
