htdig can't work on KDEVELOP_1_4. Why?

Hi,

I noticed the KDevelop setup calls for indexing this: (not changed since
KDevelop-1.4)

    dirs +
    " -name '*.html' | awk 'OFS=\"\"; {print \"file://localhost\", $0}'
| htdig -v -s -c " +
    locate("appdata", "tools/htdig.conf") +

But how can this work if the KDevelop CVS on KDEVELOP_1_4 doesn't
contain a tools/htdig.conf?

I suppose someone has deleted too much from CVS, right?
Ralf? You might know what the mechanism is and how we can fix that.
