Bug#27341: KDevelop fails to create new kicker applet from template

Okay when i create the project from the template it complains:
Could not copy /opt/kde2/share/apps/kdevappwizard/template-common/app.lsm to /home/geiseri/pws2.0/src/pws.lsm: No such file or directory at /opt/kde2//share/apps/kdevappwizard/template-common/gideon.pm line 32.

I hacked on it for a little while but could not follow the perl enough to fix it.  Any clues?
