Bug#29699: F12 crashes when no project loaded

Fixed in cvs.
F12 now works without a project loaded. I've implemented this
somewhat reluctantly, it should work but KDevelop should be used with
a project in general.
It is not really intended as a file editor.
Anyway, there is another crash bug in docViewMan, I guess everytime
someone touches that <...> it breaks.
