Bug#29699: F12 crashes when no project loaded

OS:                Linux (ppc) release 2.4.5-pre3
OS/Compiler notes: 

Open kdevelop with no project loaded. Open any source file. Hit F12. I didn't get a useful backtrace, but hopefully this is easily reproduced. Ideally, F12 should still work in this situation, just opening the corresponding .h/.cpp file if it exists.
