bug in latest cvs: kdevprj files aren't loaded by KDevelop any more

Would be enough if it's sure that also 0.1 is in a compatible project
file format.
I suppose checking for a partial string "=1.0" behind kdevprj_version is
also necessary.

This is for instance one of my values:
kdevprj_version=1.0beta1
