bug in latest cvs: kdevprj files aren't loaded by KDevelop any more

Hi,

I cannot load all my (custom) project files (*.kdevprj) any more. It
seems you messed up ckdevelop_noslot.cpp.
It tells: they are in a wrong format. It has worked until today.
