Patch - Syntax highlight for Perl and Bash (kdevelop20011212)

Hi!

I have made a small patch for kdevelop20011212 (KDE-2_2-BRANCH):

This patch (pl_sh.patch) makes kdevelop additionally do the following after 
compiling:

 * Syntax highlight bash shell scripts when opened from kdevelop
 * Recognizes the sh. extension
 * Kdevelop syntax highlights the "else" keyword in Perl
 * Recognizes the *.pl;*.pm extensions

Files involved are:

   * kdevelop/kwrite/highlight.cpp
   * kdevelop/setup/ckdevinstall.cpp
