New indentation code in KDevelop 2

Hi there,

I just improved indentation code in kdevelop 2. Since these are new features, 
I request you to have a look and tell me if there is anything wrong. BTW, the 
project loading code still crashes on me. :/

This was one of the things that held me back from using kdevelop instead of 
emacs. Hope the emacs fans like the new autoindent code.

    * add new editor configuration: Indent Length
    * Indent Length and Tab Width are different.
    * special handling for tab key, in autoindentation
      mode tab key behaves like emacs (indents text)
    * improved AutoIndent mode: indent open braces.
