minor troubles II

using kdevelop 2.x (from cvs)

simple c/c++ project
1) if it is started from kdevelop it gets a "new window", when
it is started with the debugger the output is redirected into
the stdout window of kdevelop -- input isn't possible at 
all (which is bad, because i have an interactive application)

2) when i (re)build the project file within this directory 
(which is the fastest way if there are a lot of new files from
other developers) the application never gets a new window
