minor troubles I

using kdevelop 2.x (from cvs)

i have a project with some additional compiler options.
they are used and but into the Makefile when configure is 
called from within kdevelop, put they aren't set when i call 
configure from the command line
where to but the compiler options to make something which
works for "non-kedevelop-users" ?
