Subject: sigsegv at QWidget::create() starting kdevelop-1.4.1
From: rabbit at QuackQuack.com

Package: kdevelop
Version: 1.4.1 (using KDE 2.1.2 )
Severity: normal
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: gcc-2.95.2
OS: Linux
OS/Compiler notes: kernel 2.4.6

Starting kdevelop-1.4.1 causes a SIGSEGV shortly after launching. Calling kdevelop with the --help or --version option _does_ work, so at least it gets that far.

I have no experience with gdb, bt in case it's any help, this is the output I get from running kdevelop from gdb:

-------------------------
(gdb) run
Starting program: /usr/bin/kdevelop
Qt: gdb: -nograb added to command-line options.
Use the -dograb option to enforce grabbing.

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
