Getting started with jdb support

Ok,

there's probably quite a lot of commonality there
breakpoints
dissamble view
mem view
dbgpsdlg
maybe variable widget?

but please commit

(those views need re-writing)

Also I've been thinking about allowing control via gdb commands typed at the 
konsole. ie sort of running gdb on a konsole and tee-ing the output to the 
controller as well as allowing the gui control. That might cause some big 
rework. But this'll work in the meantime.
