KWrite update

Christoph,
I would very much like to update the kwrite version used in
KDEVELOP_1_4. After all, that is what we are going to release with
KDE-2.2, isn't it.
Also, are you interested in ctags support for kate/kwrite. I've got it
75% done now, but I was thinking that it'd be better place in kwrite
than in kdevelop since it is an editor function.
