KWrite update

Hi,
after talking with some kdevelop devs I just want to ask all if there is any 
interest in updating the kwrite used in kdevelop 3 or not. If there is any 
interest I will help to do or do it alone ;)

Some improvements in the new Kate stuff:
- Waldo's buffer interface (very good for bigger files)
- many bugfixes
- new highlighting system which now really uses only xml files for the 
highlighting definitions
- detail stuff like a iconBorder (like in the kdevelop kwrite) and other 
minor fixes for selection ...

If you are not sure, take a look at a current kate/kwrite from kdebase cvs.
