KDevelop 1.2 updated to use desinger

Hi guys,

As I read that am_edit can now handle desinger .ui files I updated all
KDE2/Qt2 templates and added support for adding ui files to SOURCES in
Makefile.am. Everyone interested please test !! ;-) BTW: KDevelop 1.2 is
in tag KDEVELOP_1_0 in case somebody wonders.
