Hello,

This tool is the User Interface Compiler which comes with Qt Designer.
If you downloaded Qt2.2, you should have it in your $QTDIR/bin, so you
need to add this directory to your PATH because currently the build
process doesn't automagically look in your $QTDIR/bin.
