Hi, 

I have KDevelop, I love KDevelop. It's the greatest thing since sliced bread. But I spend my days programming in PHP3. I heard of (ok, I read an article) KPHPDevelop. If this program does exist, I would greatly appreciate it if you could tell me where to get it, or any PHP IDE as a matter of fact.
