Bug#5196: kdevelop : Time option title shouldn't be AM/PM but 12 h/24 h

For comprehension reasons, I would recommend that the title for the
field where the user can change his time convention from a 24 hours base
to a 12 hours base be something like <<12 h / 24 h >> instead of << AM /
PM >>.  It will be easier to understand.
1) Start kdevelop
2) Click on Option > Configure Printer > Enscritp > Date & Time
3) In the field Currend Time > AM/PM
4) Changing AM/PM to 12 h / 24 h
