Bug#5195: The selection area of menu items doesn't match the deselection area

Package: kdevelop
Version: 0.1 (KDE 1.91 2000-06-08)
Severity: normal

When moving the mouse over the menu items, it is possible to notice that
there is a small pale gray rectangle beside the items the cursor flew
over. The reason for this is because there is a small paper sheet icon
that appears at the left of FILE in the menu bar. This icon is present
when there is an application, like kdevelop’s browser, that is in the
position DOCKED. If the user Undocks all the windows, the little icon
disappears and we do not have the problem anymore.
1) Start kdevelop
2) Click on Window > Dock/Undock > Make sure that there is a check mark
beside browser (a little icon of a paper sheet appears before FILE)
3) Move the cursor on the menu bar from File to Help
4) Notice the little rectangles
5) Click on Window > Dock/Undock
6) Remove the check mark beside browser
7) Move the cursor over the menu bar

Merci
