KDockMainWindow should get new parents!

I mean it's better to have 2 different files for KParts::DockMainWindow and
KParts::MainWindow to avoid dependencies because of including
kdockwidget.h/ktmainwindow.h.
Simon, should I add the stuff to cvs?
