Bug#4970: kdevelop : The hotkey for Plugins and Project is the same

In the menu bar, the option PLUGINS and PROJECT have the same hotkey
which is ALT-P.  When we press on alt-p, the Plugins option expands but
there is no way to expand Project using the keyboard.  I would suggest
to use the R as a hotkey for Project.
