Bug#4967: kdevelop : tooltips that doesn't match their menu item equivalent

It is important that, for having a good UI, all the button’s tooltip
must have the same identification name as the menu item text.  This is
not always followed in KDevelop.  Here are two examples that should be
corrected :
1) The button RUN (gray gear) –> Build > Execute F9
2) The button STOP (red stop sign) –> Build > Stop Build
