autoconf/automake framework changed

Hello together,

I updated the autoconf/automake framework...
here the reasons:

1) KDK packages compatibility

2) to remove certain dependencies, which are not used by KDevelop
   i.e. -lgif, -ldb, -kspell

3) to use only environment variables created by ./configure to name the
libraries,
   for the link process
    
could you please test it with your distribution and report problems.
Slackware and SuSE works fine.
Please remember to clear "config.cache"!
