When using the german translation of the Users Guide,
the "Benutzerhandbuch",  the chapter 12 about
CVS-Integration is missing.
The german chapter 12 ist the english 13, and so on.

How to repeat the error -------------------

always.

Add the english version of the users guide to the
documentation tree among "others"
