KDevelop-1.1-beta1.0 Objective-C patch - using the Debugger with objc

Unforturnately the current CVS version is a little bit broken (generating KDE
apps doesn't work) so I can't test it completely. If this patch is 100 %
compatible with the C/C++ projects I think we should commit it.
