Bug Description ---------------------------

I want to print source code with enscript with 2 pages on one page. 
I am using letter sized paper and choose the appropriate options. However, 
instead of displaying two pages the second page is cut off. 
This happens for both possible orientations and every time. 
It is probably a configuration bug since I can make enscript print a c++
source code with 2 pages on onecorrectly from the command line.

How to repeat the error -------------------

Happens every single time.

Bugfix or Workaround ----------------------

Print file directly from command line.
