Of course, I´m wirting only the english manual, so I didn´t miss
anything until now ;-)
If anyone wants to do it, take care for the language option of
ksgml2html. They may differ from the shortcuts that KDE uses. To
implement it, use the AddTranslationDlg or how it is called (the dialog
to add a language to a project) and merge the widgets together in the
makemanualdlg.

PS: Ralf, I may add another chapter to the tutorial at the end to
implement cut, copy, paste with QClipboard and the selector, got it to
work. And I have an error in the tutorial with repaintContents() working
on the visible area but not on the area invisible when the scrollbars
are top and left after you move the contents to the right bottom corner,
so I had to change the repaintContents() parameters. I will update this
this afternoon and you have to merge that where the code is copied to
the tutorial as well.
