Yes, apparently it comes in the kdelibs-devel-1.1.2-9 rpm.  The version is
$Version = "2.0a12".  This is on RedHat 6.1.  I had assumed kdoc2 was a
kde2 thing so I hadn't tried that.  Enabling that fixes the problem I was
having with it.
