Problems with icons/border and KDevelop 1.3

Hi,

I have reported several times the following problem:
The border of icons near the kwrite part (used for the bookmarks and the 
debug) was not "large" enough on my resolution (1800x1200). The reason, is 
that the height is fixed through a constante defined in "kwrite/kwview.h"

const int iconBorderHeight	= 800;

And 800 is not big enough for my resolution. It will be nice to change that 
to adapt the height relativ to the resolution. Actually, I have just increase 
this value for me, but it is not a "nice" way to fix it.
