These changes did not break binary compatilibity. Adding new non-virtual
methods is binary compatible.

You can easily just recompile kdelibs and skip the rest (maybe do kdebase, too)
but the rest should work fine (that's what I'm doing since a while and it's
working just fine) . No need to recompile everything.
