dock read/write

Hi Bernd,

Since you've changed the parameter list of read/writeDockConfig kdeui.so
of KDE-2.1 is not binary compatible with KDE-2.0 any more. It's cool to
have the possibility to use XML, but you should keep the old methods
until KDE-3.0 (which allows binary compat breaks).
Furthermore, you force me to use KDE-2.1 which means recompiling
everything here. ;( But I wanted to stick to 2.0.1 because of testing
JBB's stuff. Don't know what to do now...
