'Everything' is exaggerated :-) Here is a list of stuff which
is working, with several enhancements compared to 1_0 branch:

* The completely configurable documentation tree
  (may be nice to add support for doxygen's tag files,
  but that's not essential)
* The source parser, class view and class tool
  (a new hierarchy browser will be finished this week
   - killer feature :-)
* The unified stdout/stderr output view
* The new grep frontend
* The new asynchronous compiler frontend

The main thing missing is a 'shell' around this.
