Patch from Richard Dale

Hi all,

I have a patch from Richard that fixes a  bug in the ClassParser

specifically
class a
{
  class b
  {
    class c

Class c (and any subsequent nested classes) cannot be accessed from the CV. The
same applies to namespaces.

This patch also replaces my previous header file fix with a better version.
I've tested and I think this is a good patch but...

Since kdevelop1.2 is due to be released today, what would you like me to do
with this patch?
